Perfectly located in the Universal area, our ground-floor apartment is ideal for families seeking a relaxing getaway, with easy access to both the city center and the coast. With the beach just a short drive away and top attractions within reach, you'll have the best of Paphos at your fingertips.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. You’ll appreciate the convenience of a ground-floor location, making it easy to carry luggage, prams, and shopping. There is free high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout.

Outdoor Space & Pools: Step outside to your private garden, with shaded seating areas perfect for dining or enjoying a quiet moment. The garden is securely fenced with lockable gate, so you can relax while your little ones play safely. Just a few steps away, you’ll find a large swimming pool, which overlooks another pool lower down, as well as a kid's splash pool. For some quieter relaxation, there’s a smaller pool located at the back of the complex, offering a peaceful retreat for those who prefer a more serene swim.
Please note, the pools are open from April until mid November and only during set open hours.

The indoor space includes:
- air conditioning units for cooling and heating throughout.
- a fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need to make home cooked meals, plus a Tassimo coffee maker and clothes washing machine;
- spacious dining area that seats up to 8 people;
- separate desk space ideal for remote work or drawing;
- a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV and a convertible double sofa bed.
- master Bedroom with a comfy double bed and fitted wardrobes.
- second Bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, an ideal kids room, but the beds are all full size so suitable for adults too.
- for our little guests we also provide a travel cot, highchair, plastic plates and cutlery plus some toys and books.

Location: The apartment is ideally located between the coastline, bustling city centre and the historic old town of Paphos, making it easy to explore the best of Paphos. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, shopping, or simply enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean weather, everything is just a short drive away.

Staying here without a car is totally possible. There are convenience stores/kiosks and bus stops just a few minutes away with regular buses that go all around Paphos and beyond. There is a large supermarket that is around 10 to 15 minutes walking time and a lovely casual restaurant round the corner. However, if possible, I recommend hiring a car so that you will have easy access of everything that Paphos has to offer and you can explore the island at your leisure. We have an allocated underground parking space and there is plenty of open parking available around the complex.

Hi, I'm Caitlin! I grew up in Northern Ireland but moved to Cyprus in 2015 to get away from the rain and constant grey skies! I have been hosting holiday rentals in Paphos since 2017 and I find it so rewarding being a part of someone's travel journey. I love to travel myself, but I don't get to as often now that I have two young kids. I know that travelling as a family can be so stressful- no matter how prepared and organised you are, something always goes wrong! Which is why I try to make the stay as convenient as possible for my guests. Like giving a free welcome basket with essentials so they don't have to run to get groceries as soon as they arrive. And providing local tips and recommendations so they get the best out of their stay. I strive to do what I can so that my guests to feel welcome and able to enjoy their hard earned break with as little worry as possible.
